CHAMELEON is a drummer-less trio that explores a sotto voce approach often associated with West-Coast jazz artists like Jimmy Giuffre, et. al., focusing on melodic invention and harmonic exploration over intensity and energy-driven music. The trio features the music of band leader Phillip Greenlief, who has recently moved to Maine from the west coast, where he established himself as a restless and prolific composer and improviser.

Cafe opens at 5:00 and will be serving food and refreshments until 8:00.

Our next Community Cafe luncheon is scheduled for Thursday, November 6. Generously sponsored by Bartlett Tree ExpertsLandVest and Baird Architects, dine-in and take service will get underway at 11:30am and run until 1:00pm (or while supplies last). The menu will feature Italian Sandwiches with Homemade Pickles, Chips and Dessert. Just a $10 suggested donation and seniors are invited to enjoy lunch “on the house.” Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options will be available upon request.

We are a parent run support group. Join a community of parents and guardians helping each other with problem solving, understanding adult services, advocacy and policy awareness. Our group includes parents and guardians of high school age and older. Organized by Local Solutions. Meetings are at the rectory building of St. Savior’s Church in Bar Harbor at 4:30 every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
