THINGS TO DO
It’s our weekly round-up, and we may have missed some things, so apologies! If you have something you’d like in here, please let us know.
Also, you may have to click through to see everything. There are so many things that this email is a bit long for a lot of inboxes.
We hope you have some great adventures this week!
To check out our news stories and briefs from the past week, click on the archive section, and you’ll see them in chronological order.
WHERE CAN YOU EAT?
You can check out the list of all the restaurants at our new site, ACADIA ADVENTURES. The restaurants are here!

If you’re an owner/manager/employee of a restaurant that isn’t on the list yet, please let us know and we’ll get you there, but please be kind about it and know that any lack of mention is not intentional.
And, the list of all the restaurants currently open in the winter season (this changes a lot) is here, compiled by Jennifer DuBois Cough of First Express in Bar Harbor. Since she is off adventuring for a bit, we’re maintaining it for her. If there are any changes, message us here.
The restaurants above are only restaurants that typically stay open after November 2.

MARCH 3 — LENTEN PROGRAM
BAR HARBOR—St. Saviour’s Episcopal Church in Bar Harbor is offering a series of brief musical programs during the season of Lent. These programs will take place on the five Tuesdays in March, each beginning at noon. They will consist of a half-hour of music performed by various local organists, playing selections that relate to Lent, followed by a short meditation by Rev. Cricket Cooper, the priest-in-charge at Saviour’s.
The first program, on March 3, will be played by Bruce Fithian, who is currently the organist for St. John’s Episcopal Church in Southwest Harbor. The following week, March 10, will feature Deborah Govenor, music-director for St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Ellsworth, and a well-known teacher and composer. Julia Morris-Myers, who was formerly organist and music-director at St. Saviour’s, will play on March 24. Daniel Pyle, currently organist at St. Saviour’s, will play on March 17 and 31.
